You must complete the release waiver below to complete your membership registration!
Please read, initial and sign the required release waiver document below. After initialing all required spots and entering your email and digital signature, a blue eSign button will appear. Make sure you click that button (see example in image below) and the release waiver will be sent to Arizona Corvette Racing for processing. Expect up to 48 hours before your membership is confirmed.
